Peg Fradette
A Venture Mentor and driver of new and turnaround businesses. Visionary, customer-centric, energetic and tenacious, she is a motivational leader with significant experience in worldwide Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, and New Business Development. She has developed and launched businesses in 3 different crowded markets — Biosurgery, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery — that are now highly successful, sustainable, stand-alone businesses and has been part of the leadership team for two acquisitions at significant multiples of sales.
Medical Industry Experience: Ethicon, Inc, (Johnson & Johnson), Hollister, InteloMed, Apatech, Baxter, AliMed.
Non-Medical experience: Executive Director of the Narragansett, RI Chamber of Commerce, and Entrepreneurial ventures including a Café, a Performing Arts Studio, and a Not-for-Profit Community Theatre.

Lynn Farrar
A marketer with an uncanny ability for identifying strategic opportunities. Often referred to as visionary, the combination of that strength with wide-ranging experience contributes to her impact. Her unique perspective – honed from OTC, medical devices, healthcare system, and patient advocacy roles — helps clients identify and build disciplined, detailed and logical approaches to their businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. She is also recognized for developing KOL relationships on a clinical level and for business-building innovation — new markets, geographies, studies, and products.
Industry Experience: InteloMed, Accuray, Mercy Health, Ethicon Endo-Surgery (Johnson & Johnson), as well the Fleet Enema company, KFC and P&G.


Tom Kramer
An innovator with a cheerful can-do attitude and disciplined approach, he has led not only Kablooe Design, a product design and development company, for the last 16 years, but also spearheaded development of the trademarked D3 (Design Driven Development®) process to facilitate client innovation, and is still hands on with clients from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups…including the AFWERX Sky High Relief challenge. His personal passion is for user-driven devices. He has helped develop atrial fibrillation therapies, coronary intervention devices, drug delivery devices, prostate surgery devices, and other unique medical devices, but has also developed many non-medical devices including guitars, the Stowboard, lipstick containers and farming tractors.
Industry experience: Kablooe Design (for 29 years!), leading design development projects for clients such as Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific, Atricure, and Kodak health imaging as well as multiple start-ups.
